I’m a California girl…born and raised here…spent a few years in Colorado, but California holds my roots.
I’m a child of God and blessed to know Jesus…his grace and love are priceless to me.
I’m a daughter and sister, wife and mother…three times each out of three of these. I’ve experienced young widowhood, divorce and true kindred spirit love. I’m a friend, an open book and a truth seeker. I create without following recipes or reading music...I thoughtfully and creatively photograph images that speak to my heart…and hope to yours.
So, come share my life through the eye of a camera lens. I will show you pieces of what I see, tell you stories about them and often write a prayer along the way.

New Studio!
One week ago today we had a dedication time for my New Studio! It was a wonderful time for me to stay thank you to so many that helped me to get this project off the ground. We had a time together to give this space to our Lord Jesus to use precisely as He sees fit. The location of the studio is 4800 Sierra College Ave in Rocklin just off Highway 80. The studio is in a lovely sunlit room at Lifehouse Church where I share space with them. I use it for a studio and them for a “family room”. I can photograph there as well as around the property. And, it’s a perfect place for me to meet with clients. It’s a great space and I am very blessed to have it. Come see it sometime!

Erin and James are Married! (Sacramento Wedding Photographer)
Yesterday was a beautiful day here in the Sacramento Area! Erin and James had us come and photograph them at the temple where they were married. We took some family shots as well…their family could not have been sweeter or kinder people. After the formal portraits we went on to the Old Firehouse Grill in Old Town Sacramento. Wow, was that a wonderful place to hold a wedding reception. Thanks Erin and James for allowing us to be a part of your special day. You are a special couple. Blessings to you both!

Grass Valley Wedding
This beautiful couple celebrated their love and commitment to each other after having waited years to find one other. Both of them had spent many years on mission fields across the world and a mutual friend thought that they might just like to meet. The rest as it’s said…is history. The couple and family photos were taken at the beautiful Empire Mine in Grass Valley and the wedding was held at Calvary Bible Church down the street. The reception hall was the Grass Valley Elks Lodge…love the wood ceilings! They rode off “into the sunset” on a darling two seat bike surrounded by bubbles and happy family and friends. What a blessed day!

Janel and Tony
Janele and Tony were so delightful! There beautiful wedding was held in historic Nevada City on one of the warmest days of July. The wedding was sweet and the reception one big party. They are a very special couple and I wish them many joys in life ahead.
