I’m a California girl…born and raised here…spent a few years in Colorado, but California holds my roots.
I’m a child of God and blessed to know Jesus…his grace and love are priceless to me.
I’m a daughter and sister, wife and mother…three times each out of three of these. I’ve experienced young widowhood, divorce and true kindred spirit love. I’m a friend, an open book and a truth seeker. I create without following recipes or reading music...I thoughtfully and creatively photograph images that speak to my heart…and hope to yours.

Terra d'oro Winery "Behind the Cellar Door" with Chef Athena Mackis
Earlier this week I had the privilege to visit the Terra D’Oro Winery in Amador County where I met Chris Leamy their winemaker and Linda the woman who coordinates the events they have. Terra D’Oro Winery will be one of the wineries that will be on the tour “Behind the Cellar Door” over the weekend of March 6-7Th where I will be photographing the beautiful and talented Chef Athena Mackis while she demonstrates her culinary talents. Athena and I met together on Monday to take some promo shots for her and the winery. So, here is a look at both the beautiful winery and the beautiful Athena!
